Recruiting industry veteran Bob Brown joins the company Board of Directors.

Robert L. Brown
Chairman of the Board

ACA Talent owes much of its recent growth to Robert L. Brown, who joined the company in 2006 as Chairman of the Board and investor, eventually acquiring the company outright in 2007. As a founder of one of the country's largest employer services providers, Mr. Brown brought with him 30 years of experience leading and growing recruitment firms.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brown had taken a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to business strategy, as he developed teams and executed new business initiatives. Mr. Brown helped bring additional structure to ACA Talent through his invaluable experience and his business philosophies. His formula for success was based on his strong belief in striving to exceed customer expectations, and hiring "eagles"-highly skilled individuals-to do so. He also cared deeply about his employees, and endeavored to create an environment in which they could thrive.

His experience allowed Mr. Brown to guide ACA Talent and its many employees through one of the worst recessions in recent history. Always action-oriented and driven by achievement, Mr. Brown championed ACA Talent's growth strategy, resulting in the company's sharp increase in revenue generation, profitability, and financial stability.

Jim Sander
Vice President of Sales

Jim Sander joined ACA Talent in 2011 as Vice President of Sales. A 20-year veteran of the sales industry, Jim brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise to ACA Talent.

Prior to joining ACA Talent, Jim served as the executive director for telecommunications at MarketSource, a managed sales staffing provider. Jim received MarketSource's first President's Award for his contribution to the company's growth, which led to its successful acquisition by the Allegis Group. Jim managed several key accounts for MarketSource, including AT&T Avaya, and Comcast, which each grew their revenues by the millions under Jim's leadership.

During his eleven-year tenure at MarketSource, Jim also served as an executive director for the client services team, leading numerous sales organizations for companies like Palm, Time Warner, and Verizon.

Jim has a demonstrated track record of building sales organizations known for their innovation and customer focus. Throughout his career, Jim has led all aspects of the sales and marketing development arenas through both B2B and direct channels.

Jim graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics.
